Features
Everything from the first quote to the paid invoice.
One connected system for the office and the plant: no spreadsheets, no double entry, and a clear reason whenever a load is held.
Quotes that close themselves
Priced from your rate card. Customers accept or decline from a link, and accepting creates the order for you.
Orders to invoices, no re-typing
An invoice starts from the order with the same lines. Extra concrete goes on a linked invoice, and mistakes on a credit note, so sent invoices stay locked.
Pay before pour, or your rule
Choose when a load may leave: any time, once invoiced, or once paid. A held load shows exactly why, and the right person can override it.
A dispatcher’s board
Every load from Scheduled to Dispatched to Delivered on one screen. Drag loads between trucks and times, and print the note for the driver.
Delivery notes on the driver’s phone
Strength, slump, cement, admixture, truck and times on one note. Drivers sign in with a PIN, and the receiver signs on the screen.
Plant import (Pro)
Bring in the batching computer’s production file and match it to deliveries. Loads that left the plant with no note are flagged on Today.
Customer portal and statements
Each customer gets a private page with their invoices, credit notes and statement. Statements can be emailed in a run.
Your units, currency and tax
Cubic yards or metres, your currency, tax on or off and included or added. Branded PDFs and emails, and an export for Xero or QuickBooks Online.
Control and an audit trail
Decide per person who can quote, dispatch, invoice, give discounts or void. Every change is recorded with who, when and what it was before.
The workflow
One thread from the phone call to the payment.
Every stage flows into the next. Accept a quote and the order exists; raise the invoice from the order and schedule loads against its lines.
Quote
Priced from your rate card and sent in seconds. Customers accept online.
Order
Created the moment a quote is accepted. Nothing is typed again.
Invoice
Raised from the order with the same lines, sent as a PDF, tracked to paid.
Delivery
One delivery note per truckload, signed on site. Loads leave when your rule allows.

Where it stops
MixDispatch owns everything up to the payment.
It is not an accounting system. Paid invoices, payments and credit notes export in a layout for Xero or QuickBooks Online, so your books stay where they are and nothing is typed twice. Plant import and quality tests are on Pro and Multi-plant.
See it on your own data
Try it free for 14 days, or see it on a call first.
Your mixes, your rate card, your paperwork. No card needed to start.
