Need more people on Starter? Add extra logins for $15/mo each, up to three — more than that and Pro is the better home. Onboarding & data import is a one-time $400 (included on Multi-plant). Your accounts stay in Xero or QuickBooks; MixDispatch takes you from quote to payment.

How does the free trial work?
Create your company and use MixDispatch for 14 days with the Pro features switched on. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, choose a plan on the Plan & billing page; until you do, quoting, invoicing and dispatch keep working and the Pro extras switch off.
What is introductory pricing?
The prices shown are introductory and run until 14 April 2027. A company that subscribes before then keeps its introductory price for as long as it stays subscribed. After that date new subscriptions pay the regular price, shown struck through.
What counts as a “plant”?
A production site: a batching plant or yard. Price is per plant, so a single-site producer runs on Starter or Pro, and a group with several plants is on Multi-plant with one account.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for ten months, get twelve: two months free, roughly 17% off. You can switch from monthly to annual whenever it suits you.
Can I bill in US dollars?
Yes. Prices are shown in pounds or US dollars (use the toggle above) and you pay in the currency you choose when you subscribe. Your own invoices to your customers can be in any currency.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Plan & billing page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. See refunds and cancellation.
Does it replace QuickBooks or Xero?
No. MixDispatch owns quoting, invoicing, dispatch and delivery notes up to the payment. You can export invoices, payments and credit notes in a layout for Xero or QuickBooks Online, so nothing is typed twice.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding and data import is a one-time $400, charged once with your first payment, and is included on the Multi-plant plan.
