Terms of service
The plain terms for using MixDispatch, the software service run by 61 West Labs Ltd.
Who we are
MixDispatch is provided by 61 West Labs Ltd (“61 West Labs”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the company that creates an account and the people it lets in.
61 West Labs Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17425611. Registered office: 46 Trelawney Road, Hainault, IG6 2NH. MixDispatch is a trading name of 61 West Labs Ltd.
Your account
You create a company account and its first administrator. You are responsible for the people you add, what they are allowed to do, and keeping passwords and driver PINs private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
Free trial
A new company gets a 14-day free trial with the Pro features switched on. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, quoting, invoicing and dispatch keep working and the Pro extras switch off until you choose a plan.
Plans, prices and payment
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. You subscribe monthly or yearly, in US dollars or pounds, and pay by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. A one-time setup fee applies on Starter and Pro (not Multi-plant) and is charged with your first payment.
Introductory prices run until the date shown on the pricing page. A company that subscribes before then keeps its introductory price for as long as its subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and later return, the prices then on offer apply. Prices shown may exclude any tax that applies to you.
Changes and cancellation
You can change plan or cancel at any time from Plan & billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. See refunds and cancellation. If a payment fails we try again for a while and tell your administrators; if the subscription ends, your company returns to the Starter footing and keeps its data. We do not delete a company’s data because of a billing problem.
Your data
The records you put into MixDispatch (customers, quotes, orders, invoices, delivery notes, and so on) belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your main records from Settings at any time.
Using the service
Do not use MixDispatch to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to probe or overload the service, or to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
The service itself
We look after MixDispatch with reasonable care and keep nightly backups, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Check your invoices and figures before you rely on them; you remain responsible for your own tax and accounting.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell administrators of a change that matters before it applies. Using MixDispatch after the date of a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
