Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

Who is responsible

61 West Labs Ltd is the controller for the information in this policy about visitors to this website and about the people who hold MixDispatch accounts. For the business records a company enters into MixDispatch (its customers, quotes, invoices and so on) the company is the controller and we act on its behalf.

61 West Labs Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17425611. Registered office: 46 Trelawney Road, Hainault, IG6 2NH.

What we collect

  • On this website: if you send the demo form we receive your name, company, email, number of plants and message. The site remembers your currency and billing-period choice in your browser; it uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • When you create or use an account: your name and email, a hashed password, your company details, the people and roles you add, sign-in and activity records (including the address and device used), and the business records you enter.
  • When you pay: Stripe handles your card and billing address. We receive your subscription status, plan and billing contact, never the card number.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to provide and secure the service, to bill for it, to send the emails you ask the system to send (such as invoices and password links), and to meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Only providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (messages the system sends), and our hosting provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. Staff at 61 West Labs can open a company only through a recorded support sign-in, which appears in that company’s own activity log.

Where it is kept and for how long

Each company’s records are kept in a separate area of our database, with nightly backups. We keep account and company records while the account exists and delete them on request once the account is closed, apart from what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Website enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period after.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to take a copy. Write to hello@mixdispatch.com. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

This website sets none that track you. The MixDispatch app uses cookies that keep you signed in, remember your theme, and recognise a driver’s phone; they are needed for the app to work.
